Guruvarya Shri Kisan Maharaj Sakhare is the spiritual guru, an author an philosopher of Vedanta at Sadhakashram, Alandi (Devachi), Pune.
Background
Prior to the establishment of "sadhakashram" at Alandi, for giving Advait tatvadnyan to Mumukshu(one who wants to aquire 'Atmadnyan") for whole life PP Shri Dada Maharaj started "vaidic Ashram" for the first time in Pune where knowledge of vedas, upanishadas along with food, shelter and cloths provided to sadhakas in Ashram. After arising earnest zeal in mind to give the real knowledge of advait tatvadnyan by that way the people of maharashtra knows the scripture wealth of saints what they have written. For teaching the same things PP Dada Maharaj started "Sadhakashram" at Alandi. PP Dada Maharaj studied all the Prasthantree i.e. Upanishads, Shri Bhagvadgita and Brahmasutra in sanskrit at Shri kshetra Varanashi under the guidance of Shri swayamprakashanand yati , Shri Dakshina Murti swamiji and Nayyashastra under Shri Laxmanshastri Dravidji Maharaj and by thay were very much aware in respect of scriptures written by Maharastriyan saints.
In sadhakashram, PP Shri Dada Maharaj and Shri Tatya maharaj were teaching Vichar sagar, Vruttiprabhakar written by Pandit Nischaldas Maharaj, Advait siddhi and Sidhantbindu written by Madhusudan Saraswati Maharaj because of which one can acquire thorough knowledge of Advaita vedant.The same tradition, method, quality is till to date continuously running and Varkari peoples are taking benifits of these teachings to know the importance of Maharastriyan saints like Shri Dnyaneshwar Maharaj, Shri Tukaram Maharaj and so on.
